• Maintain the security of devices used to access SmartSlot
• Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations and institutional policies

Professional Judgment

Important: SmartSlot is a decision-support tool. Final responsibility for patient assignments rests with the charge nurse and healthcare institution. Always verify assignments meet:

• Your institution's specific policies
• State regulations
• Individual patient needs
• Nurse competencies and scope of practice

No Warranty

SmartSlot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Results will meet all institutional requirements
• All edge cases will be handled perfectly

Limitation of Liability

SmartSlot and its creators shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to:

Beta Program

During the free beta period:

• Service may be interrupted for updates
• We may request feedback on your experience
• Pricing may be introduced after the beta period
