All data is stored locally on your device using your browser's local storage. This includes:

• Room numbers and assignments
• Nurse names
• Floor settings
• Saved snapshots

We never see this data. It never leaves your device.

No Patient Information

SmartSlot does not collect, store, or process:

• Patient names
• Medical record numbers
• Diagnoses or conditions
• Any protected health information (PHI)

Analytics

We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the product, such as:

• Page views
• Feature usage (which buttons are clicked)
• Browser type and device information

This data is aggregated and cannot be traced back to individual users.

HIPAA Compliance

SmartSlot is designed to support HIPAA-safe workflows. Since no patient data is collected or transmitted, there is no risk of PHI exposure through our service. However, device security remains the responsibility of your healthcare institution.

Your Data Rights

Since all data is stored on your device:

• You can delete all data at any time by clearing your browser's local storage
• You control who has access to your device
• No account registration required
